Hey there! Welcome to Billora. We're really glad you're here. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are here to make sure we're on the same page about how you use Billora and what we expect from each other. Think of it as the ground rules for our friendship — pretty straightforward, nothing scary.
By creating an account or using Billora, you're agreeing to follow these Terms. If you're under 18, make sure you've got your parent or guardian's permission to use our service. We're all about making things easier for you, but we need to keep things safe and legal for everyone.
Billora helps freelancers and small business owners create professional invoices, track payments, and get paid on time. We provide the tools — you provide the awesome work. We're constantly improving the platform, so sometimes things might change. But we'll always let you know if anything major shifts.
You're responsible for:
Basically, don't do anything that would ruin it for other users or mess with how the platform works. We trust you — you're a freelancer, you get it.
Some features of Billora are free. Others might require a paid subscription. If you're on a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees on time. If something goes wrong with a payment, we'll reach out before cutting off access — we're not about that abrupt life. Prices can change, but we'll give you plenty of notice if they do.
You own what you create — your invoices, client info, and business data. By using Billora, you give us permission to store and process that data so the app can work for you. We'll never sell your data to third parties. That's just not cool, and it's not how we roll.
Billora is provided "as is." We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but sometimes things happen — bugs, downtime, or stuff outside our control. We won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We're in this together, but we can't guarantee everything will be perfect 100% of the time. That's just life.
If you want to leave, you can delete your account anytime. If you violate these Terms, we might have to suspend or terminate your access. We'd rather not, but sometimes it's necessary to protect the community. If we do have to part ways, we'll try to make it as painless as possible.
Laws change, our product evolves, and sometimes we need to update these Terms. If we make big changes, we'll let you know (usually via email or a notice in the app). Stick around and keep using Billora = you agree to the new terms. If not, you can stop using the service.
We're here for you. If you've got questions or concerns about these Terms, or just want to say hey, reach out at support@billora.com. We usually get back within 24-48 hours.
Thanks for being here. Let's get you paid! 🚀
